Chafic has gained extensive experience on how best to design, develop and deploy business solutions. His focus has been on engaging with leadership teams to develop and implement complex transformation projects while adopting sustainability as an integral component during the start-up, expansion and operational phases; Chafic strives to articulate needs and translate individual visions into strategies, practices, and policies supported by communication and change management tactics.

Bridging the gaps between management theory and facts comes as the result of Mark’s distinctive capabilities related to his experience. His competence development philosophy focuses on employing fact driven cases from the business world and sharing them with his audience to be able to bridge the gap between theory and the professional/business environment and equipping the participants with practical and relevant instruments to tackle and rectify pressing issues in the workplace.

Mark holds a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) from Grenoble Ecole de Management, an MBA from Audencia Business School, and a BE in Computer and Communication Engineering from Notre Dame University.
